The air conditioning definitely needs improvement!!! It was a bit tricky to operate and didn't seem effective enough for a comfortable stay. Also, finding the right station exit can be a hassle!!!

i couldn't be happier with my stay as it was within a few minutes' walk to popular spots like dotonbori and hozenji temple, making it so easy to enjoy the local charm and attractions. The room was super quiet and comfortable which made for a great retreat after busy city adventures.

The location is a major plus, just a short walk to popular areas and metro stations. Free soft drinks and snacks during the day were a nice touch, making the place feel welcoming. However, the room was a bit dated and smaller than expected, and the cleaning service could be improved. Some staff interactions felt less than friendly, which was disappointing.

The hotel is super family-friendly, and we loved visiting the Tennoji Zoo nearby. It was fascinating to see the animals in environments that resemble their own habitats. Our room was spacious and perfect for our big family, especially with our pets.

My kids wished the hotel had a play area for a bit more fun for them.

Comfortable rooms, fantastic staff, who assisted greatly with my foot injury by organizing ice packs and helping to book a medical appointment, made our stay truly enjoyable and stress-free while being conveniently located near Shinsaibashi.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to all major attractions. The breakfast was satisfying, particularly the freshly prepared takoyakis, which were a delightful surprise.
