Decent base for nightlife with polite and welcoming employees in services. Marvellous and incredible location for our needs, right by nightlife and eateries and many fantastic restaurants and convenience store.

The room was tidy and absolutely fantastic with kettle and free breakfast, for instance. The location was super, and we could reach American Village by walking. Interesting independent stores and convenience stores were right next door.

I couldn't be happier with my stay as it was within a few minutes' walk to popular spots like dotonbori and hozenji temple. The room was super quiet and comfortable .

3 minutes to Shinsaibashi Shopping Street, walking distance to Dotonbori gastronomic center, laundry area available

The air conditioning definitely needs improvement!!! It was a bit tricky to operate and didn't seem effective enough for a comfortable stay. Finding the right station exit can be a hassle!!!

The location is a major plus, just a short walk to popular areas and metro stations. Free soft drinks and snacks during the day were a nice touch. The room was a bit dated and smaller than expected, and the cleaning service could be improved. Some staff interactions felt less than friendly, disappointing.

The hotel is super family-friendly, and we loved visiting the Tennoji Zoo nearby. It was fascinating to see the animals in environments that resemble their own habitats. Our room was spacious and perfect for our big family, especially with our pets.

My kids wished the hotel had a play area for a bit more fun for them.

The room was a tad cramped-definitely a common Osaka scene. With frosted windows letting zero light in, it felt a bit like a cozy cave. Sure, it's manageable for a night or two, but longer stays might have you dreaming of more space.

Recommend for a break on long journey

Comfortable rooms, fantastic staff, who assisted greatly with my foot injury by organizing ice packs and helping to book a medical appointment, made our stay enjoyable and stress-free while being conveniently located near Shinsaibashi.
